For more serious symptoms or conditions, please visit an urgent care facility or emergency room:

  • Severe cuts requiring stitches
  • Complex UTI symptoms (fever, flank pain)

Membership Terms

Cancellation & Re-enrollment

If you cancel your membership and later wish to rejoin, a $300 re-enrollment fee will apply.

Upgrade Policy

If you upgrade from Tier 1 to Tier 2, you cannot switch back to Tier 1. Upgrades are permanent.

Financial Hardship

If you're experiencing financial difficulties, contact us about pausing your membership instead of canceling to avoid the re-enrollment fee.

Plan Selection

Choose your tier carefully. You can upgrade anytime, but downgrades from Tier 2 to Tier 1 are not permitted.
